Project Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to work on a leading FinTech Startup project.We are looking for candidates who are team players who has an entrepreneurial spirit and passess strong command of English language and high communication and presentation skills and interpersonal skills to be a part of TecSabio’s team.

Key Responsibility

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and planning skills.
  • Applying judgment to balance process compliance with achievement of business objectives.
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing software projects as a project manager or engineering manager..
  • Demonstrated project management experience in a software development/technology business or equivalent experience leading cross functional project teams; Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to assess a project’s scope and the team’s ability to execute.
  • Outcome oriented.
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on key points.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across the organization..
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organizations in delivering the best outcome of Projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

  • BS CS/CE or equivalent.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum processes is a must.
  • Experience in e-commerce solutions is a plus
  • PMP Certified is a plus.
